How it works
Holding a yard sale? Let shoppers see what you've got. Emptying a whole house — an inheritance, a downsize, a move to assisted living? Let buyers bid on all of it. Buyers never pay a fee, and we never take a cut.
Yard sales
1
Enter your address (kept private) and give your sale a name. Takes a minute.
2
Photograph each table or area. The AI lists what it sees — “DeWalt cordless drill”, “Kids' books, about 30” — with an approximate yard-sale price. Mark anything you're keeping as Not for sale.
3
Choose up to four days and hours, how you'll accept payment (cash, Venmo, Zelle…), and when your exact address appears: the morning of the sale, the day before, two days before or right away. Until then the map shows a circle about a mile wide.
4
People search inside sales (“power tools near me”), save yours, and get a reminder before it opens and when the address appears. They pay you directly, on the day.
Take photos room by room. No pricing, no listing, no spreadsheets.
AI organizes the contents and creates your inventory. Adjust anything in a tap.
Qualified buyers compete for the whole lot in one timed auction.
The winner pays through the platform and picks up the contents.
Whole-house auctions
1
Walk through the property with your phone. Add a room, take a few photos, tap Finish room, and move to the next.
2
The AI lists what it sees room by room, merges duplicates, groups the small stuff (“Kitchen utensils — about 35 pieces”) and flags anything that might be valuable. Mark each item Included, Excluded or Unsure.
3
Choose a Contents Auction or a Complete Clean-Out, set a starting bid, pickup windows, how you'll accept payment and who can bid (for example, only buyers with 3+ completed pickups). Buyers see an approximate circle, not your address.
4
The winner has 24 hours to confirm. Then they see the address, book a pickup window, pay you directly, check in with your PIN and haul everything away. If they back out, offer it to the next-highest bidder in one tap. Afterwards you rate each other.
