Seller Agreement
Your responsibilities when you list a yard sale or a whole house.
Version 2026-09-29
Authority to sell
By publishing a listing you represent that you own, or are legally authorized (e.g. as executor, trustee, or agent) to sell, every item included. We record this confirmation with a timestamp and policy version.
Accurate listings
Review the AI-generated item list and prices carefully. You are responsible for the listing, including what is for sale and what is not. Do not misrepresent condition, authenticity or quantity. AI prices are estimates; you set actual yard sale prices.
Yard sales
Hold the sale on the dates and hours you list, or cancel the listing promptly if plans change. Comply with local rules for signs, parking and permits. Your exact address becomes visible to signed-in members at the time you choose.
Prohibited items
Do not include items listed in the Prohibited Items Policy. Flagged items are excluded pending review.
Pickup obligations
Provide the pickup windows you listed, reasonable access to the property, and the pickup PIN to the buyer on arrival. Keep excluded items clearly separated or labeled.
Getting paid
Buyers pay you directly using the methods you list. Milo Market does not collect, hold or guarantee payment. Collect payment before or as the pickup starts. If a winner does not confirm or does not show up, you may offer the lot to the next-highest bidder at that bidder's highest bid.
Cancellations
You may cancel a yard sale at any time. You may cancel an auction before any bids; after bids, cancellation requires support approval and may result in account restrictions.
