We display an “AI-estimated resale range” generated from photos by an automated model. It is not an appraisal, authentication, or guarantee of value, and must not be relied on for insurance, tax, probate, or legal purposes.
Accuracy
Estimates are provided for informational purposes and may differ substantially from actual resale or auction values. The model can misidentify items, miss items, or misjudge condition. It cannot verify authenticity from a photograph.
The market decides
The auction — not the AI — determines the price of a whole-house lot. For yard sales, the seller sets actual prices on the day.
