Bids are commitments
A bid is an offer to buy the lot at that price. If you win, confirm within the stated window (24 hours by default) and pay the seller the winning bid directly. There are no buyer fees. Declining a win, not confirming in time, or not showing up is recorded on your profile and may lead to restrictions.
Second-chance offers
If the winner does not complete the purchase, the seller may offer the lot to you at your own highest bid. You may accept or decline without penalty.
Inspection & as-is
Lots are sold as-is based on photos and the listing. AI estimates are informational only. Ask the seller questions before bidding.
Pickup
Book a seller-approved pickup window, arrive with adequate vehicles and help, check in using the seller's PIN, remove everything you purchased (everything except exclusions, for clean-outs) by the deadline, and leave the property as agreed.
Conduct at the property
Respect the property and its contents that are not included. Damage, taking excluded items, or no-shows can lead to suspension and dispute resolution.

The address and access instructions are provided solely for this pickup. Do not share or reuse them.
