Pickup & Clean-Out Rules
What buyers and sellers must do on pickup day.

Contents Auction
The buyer removes only the items marked Included. Everything else stays.
Complete Clean-Out
The buyer removes everything from the areas described, except the items listed as Not Included, and leaves the property in the condition described (e.g. broom-clean). Trash and debris removal must follow local rules.
Check-in and completion
The buyer checks in with the seller's 6-digit PIN. Both parties confirm when pickup is complete. If one party confirms and the other does not respond within the configured period, the pickup is marked complete automatically.
Documentation
Both parties are encouraged to take before and after photos in the app to help resolve any disagreement.
Safety
Do not proceed if conditions are unsafe. Report the issue in the app.
