The rules for using Milo Market as a buyer or seller.

1. About the service
Milo Market is operated by Walker Capital Management LLC ("we", "us"). Milo Market is an online marketplace with two kinds of listing: (a) yard sale listings, where a seller advertises a sale with photos and an AI-generated item list, and (b) whole-house auctions, where buyers bid on the contents of a property as a single lot. Milo Market is not the seller or buyer of any item, does not take possession of goods, and does not process payment for any sale.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You may hold one account; duplicate accounts used to manipulate auctions are prohibited. We may require a mobile number verified by text message before you bid or publish a listing, and a number can be verified on only one account.
3. Listings and bids
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for having authority to sell. Bids are binding offers to buy the lot on the stated terms. Auction outcomes are determined by our auction rules.
4. Fees and payments
Buyers never pay a fee to Milo Market, and Milo Market never takes a percentage of any sale. Buyers pay sellers directly using a method the seller accepts (for example cash, Venmo or Zelle); Milo Market is not a party to that payment and cannot refund it. Listing is currently free. We may introduce a flat fee for posting a listing in the future; any such fee will be shown before you publish.
4a. Reputation
Profiles show activity-based statistics (such as completed purchases, no-shows and yard sales hosted) and ratings from completed deals. These are generated by the service from real activity. Do not attempt to manipulate them.
5. AI features
Inventory suggestions and estimated resale ranges are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. They are not appraisals, authentications or guarantees of value. See the AI Valuation Disclaimer.
6. Prohibited conduct
No shill bidding, bidding on your own auction, listing items you do not have authority to sell, listing prohibited items, harassment, fake accounts, manipulating ratings, or misuse of personal information (including addresses) obtained through the service.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
