Disputes, No-Shows & Reports
How problems are reported and resolved.
Version 2026-09-29
Reporting a problem
Open a dispute from the purchase or sale page with a description and photos. Reasons include items materially different from the listing, missing included items, failure to remove contents, property damage, no-shows, or payment not received. You can also report any member from their profile.
Review
Our team reviews disputes and reports manually. We do not use AI to decide liability.
Payments
Because buyers pay sellers directly, Milo Market cannot issue refunds. Resolve payment questions with the other party first; we may restrict accounts that don't honour agreed deals. [Counsel to finalize.]
No-shows
Sellers can mark a confirmed buyer as a no-show once the booked pickup window has passed. No-shows appear on the buyer's profile. If you believe a no-show was recorded in error, contact support.
